He graduated from the Higher Institute of Physical Education and Sports, majoring in “Tourism, alpinism and orienteering” and sports journalism. He specialized in World Report at CNN, Atlanta and London. His professional carrier developed in the field of marketing, advertising and media advising. Some of his main activities are: - President of KRES advertising agency, Bulgaria – the first Bulgarian agency for full advertising services; - Partner in News outdoor, Bulgaria; - Founder and president of the Bulgarian Association of Advertising Agencies; - Member of the International Advertising Association since 1995; - Adviser to Newscorp for Bulgaria (bTV) and for Serbia (Fox TV); - Adviser to Central Europe Media Enterprises for Bulgaria (PRO.BG and RING.BG); - Owner of the first private television in Bulgaria with CNN program; - Owner of the first private national radio jointly with RFE (Radio Free Europe); - Chairman of the National Board of Tourism since 2008 - Chairman of Diplomacy and Business Club, Bulgaria - Member and Chairman of the media commission of the Bulgarian Football Union; - President of D⁣ - Representative for Bulgaria of Dun & Bradstreet Europe Limited; - Founder and president of the “Gestuno” foundation (Union of the deaf people in Bulgaria) - Member of Alliance France – Bulgaria - Member of the Bulgarian Geographic Society and the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria;Ardent golf fan, Krassimir Guergov created the Bulgarian golf community and began the construction of the most beautiful sports complexes in Bulgaria. With the idea to develop sports tourism, he started the following projects: - Owner of St. Sofia Golf Club & Spa – an 18-hole golf course near Sofia, which is the first one in Bulgaria, designed in line with standards of the American Golf Association. - Founder of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas – a world class professional golf course offering 18 holes designed by the golf legend Gary Player. - Founder of Thracian Cliffs – a golf course on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, intended for professional competitions and luxury holidays.In 2001, Krassimir Guergov founded the Bulgarian Golf Association and is currently its President.
